We are very pleased to have received £5,000 funding from Dawlish Town Council to support our Volunteer Centre work over the next 12 months. This will help us to meet some of the costs of recruiting and training volunteers and being able to provide the wonderful Befriending and Benefits support we provide to many people across Dawlish.
Our service is here to support the following groups of people in Teignbridge:
Older People, Adults with Dementia, Adults with Mental Health Problems, Adults with Sensory Disabilities, Adults with Physical Difficulties, Adults with Learning Difficulties and Carers of any of the above.
Assist Teignbridge received the King's Award for Voluntary Service.
