Our army of volunteers offer a wide variety of free services. From companionship to help with seeing what benefits you can receive - we are here to help make your life easier.
WE ALL NEED HELP
We offer information & advice, and signpost to relevant sources of support. Our work in the community also provides free support services to those in need. Delivered by volunteers, our services include befriending, help with gardening, dog walking and escorting to appointments.
COMPANIONSHIP
Our befrienders offer companionship to those in need, reducing social isolation and contributing to mental and physical well-being.
An active social life keeps you moving, elevates mood and helps demeanour. It has also been shown to improve cognitive health, which can decrease the risk of memory issues and disease.
BENEFITS ASSISTANCE
As we age managing paperwork and benefits can become overwhelming.
Our assistance can provide clarity and support during challenging times. Our trained volunteers can help you to navigate administrative tasks, maintain financial stability, and access essential benefits, improving your well-being and giving you peace of mind.
